Public relations office (urp

The law 150 of 2000 identifies the Public Relations Office as one of the main organizational tools through which public administrations can fulfill their communication and relationship tasks with the public.
According to what is expressed by the law, the subjects who deal with relations with the public have the primary task of giving full visibility to the activity of the public administrations, guaranteeing the citizen the opportunity to participate and access the activity of the same, through the involvement and constant updating with respect to the administrative procedures.

This activity is closely linked to listening to citizens, the management of suggestions and complaints from them and the management of the disservice: from these two activities, and especially from the second, some of the administrative procedures referred to above may arise. In this sense, the civic participation of the citizens themselves in the activity of the administration is also stimulated.

In this sense, one of the main functions that subjects involved in relations with the public must perform is external communication, or to transfer and disseminate information and communications externally.

The activities connected with the purposes of this office are carried out

  • from the secretarial offices during public reception hours
  • from the portal of the Istituto Comprensivo T.Terzani which can be reached at the address https://www.icterzani.edu.it

ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES
The following quality factors of administrative services are ensured:
1. Assistance in online registrations, advertised effectively through the site and printed notices;
2. The certificates are issued during the normal opening hours to the public within three/five working days;
3. The certificates and replacement documents are delivered after the publication of the final results;
4. The student evaluation documents are delivered at the end of the exam;
5. The school ensures timely telephone contact, with response methods that include the name of the institution, the name and position of the respondent, the person or office capable of providing the requested information.

CERTIFICATION RELEASE
The certification of competence of the Institute (attendance certificates; authorization for the transfer of pupils to another school location; etc.) is issued - upon request by the interested parties addressed to the headteacher - within and no later than seven working days from the date of acquisition of the same to the protocol. In the event that documentation involving other public institutions must be released, the times may be longer and will in any case be communicated to the applicant also in a formal way, following the provisions of the L. n° 241/1990 and subsequent amendments and additions. The immediate release of any certification is to be excluded, or the immediate issuance of administrative measures such as – for example- the individual employment contracts of the personnel which are in any case preceded by the identification measures of the entitled party which are immediately made public through online publication.

At the entrance and at the offices there are school operators able to provide users with the first information for using the service.
