The Nativity: destination of peace
Secondary school
This year, for the realization of the Nativity, we were inspired by the theme proposed by the Lions Club for the creation of a poster for Peace, international competition in which some of our students participated. The contest theme was: "The path of peace".
Peace is a gift from God, a gift that has its own path of life and therefore everyone must "work" every day so that it can develop. We can all walk the path of the great men and women who worked for peace. You can start with small daily steps to take together because as Pope Francis said:
“Peace is a gift, it is a handcrafted gift that we must work with, everyday, but work it in the little things: in the daily trifles. Large posters for peace are not enough, the great international meetings if you don't, this peace, in the small. On the contrary, you can speak of peace in splendid words, do a big conference… But if in your small one, there is no peace in your heart, there is no peace in your family, there is no peace in your neighborhood, there is no peace in your workplace, there won't even be in the world ".
It is therefore necessary to be able to make peace in the little things of every day but aiming at the horizon of all humanity and the world, looking at the Nativity as a spiritual rebirth.
